Refund Policy

Platypii P/L (ABN: 91 661 070 766) will give a full refund of fees paid up until 48 hours after completion of the first Unit or session of the relevant programme has been completed.

Notice of withdrawal and the subsequent request for a refund must be in writing (an email is acceptable.)

Platypii will ask for feedback pertaining to the withdrawal with the intent of our pursuit of continual improvement however providing that feedback to us is optional and the refund is not conditional on feedback being given.

Refunds will be processed promptly and should be received back into the appropriate bank account within 5 – 10 days.
