How the Challenge Works

The Breakthrough 2026 Challenge is delivered over three online sessions across one school week, designed to fit into your busy schedule while driving deep strategic outcomes.

Session Schedule

• Session 2 – Wednesday: Group coaching to deepen your team’s thinking and refine your reflections.
• Session 3 – Friday: Showcase of exemplar responses and strategic plans to inspire and guide your own.

Each session runs for 30–45 minutes and is conducted online, making it easy for your leadership team to participate together, no matter where they are.

Between Sessions: Team Reflection & Planning

After each session, your team will be given learning implementation activities — structured reflection and planning tasks to complete together. This is where the real work happens: in the conversations, insights, and decisions your team makes between sessions.
